Privacy Policy

The data, however acquired and/or collected through the site www.integradesign.eu, will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the applicable privacy regulations, in particular Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The Controller

is Integradesign Srl, with offices at Via Cimabue 5 – 00196 Rome, for Browsing data.

Integradesign has appointed a Data Protection Officer (Privacy Manager), who is responsible for monitoring and assisting the Data Controller and Data Processors in ensuring compliance with the standards, and in ensuring that the rights of the data subjects are respected. Data processed and method of processing

The data provided or otherwise collected are:

Browsing data

The technical user connection data within the text files stored in the memory of the server (so-called Log files) are recorded.

Within the log files, a series of technical data including the visitor’s IP address, date and time of access, the page viewed, source webpage (if there is one), browser and operating system used is recorded.

Personal data disclosed by the user

The site uses some Cookies, which is specifically referred to here.

Contact form or sending of an email

On our website, you can use a contact form or send an email to enter personal data in order to apply for job opportunities or other purposes. If you use the contact form or send an email , we collect and store the data entered in the input screen (e.g. surname, first name, email address, CV). This data shall not be forwarded to third parties.

If consent is given, the legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1(a)) of the GDPR. If your request is for preparing the signing of a contract, Article 6 (1(b)) of the GDPR is an additional legal basis. We use the data to process and reply solely to your request.

Personal Data will be processed manually and/or with the support of IT or electronic means. The processing of Personal Data for the purposes of this policy is to be understood as any operation or set of operations, performed with the support of automated processes upon Personal Data, such as the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, retention, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of data.

 

Purpose of the processing and legal bases

Browsing data (log files) is processed for security reasons to pursue our legitimate interest in verifying that the site is working properly, and in protecting our systems against any cyber-attacks.

The Personal Data disclosed by the user is processed in line with the relevant policy to be read before completing the form, which can also be consulted regarding any other aspect of the processing.

Cookies are processed in line with the relevant policy.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your Browsing data may be processed for the purposes mentioned above:

  • by employees and collaborators of INTEGRADESIGN, specially appointed Authorised Persons for processing

 

Transfer of Personal Data

Browsing data shall be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located within the European Union.

Data retention period

The Browsing data subject to processing for the purposes mentioned above shall be stored in line with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been attained. In any case, the browsing data is not kept for more than 2 years and is deleted at the end of that period (without prejudice to any need for judicial authorities to investigate crimes).

Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, in relation to Personal Data directly and/or indirectly disclosed and/or provided, you have the right to:

  • access and request a copy

  • request its rectification

  • request its erasure

  • have the processing restricted

  • object to the processing

  • receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance; where technically feasible
